"In sticking with the feline theme, the expression “herding cats” couldn’t be more apt to describe my experience in Argentina. The site visit was the largest I have ever attended, with over 50 participants including big institutional investors (Blackrock), banks (Morgan Stanley), reporters, several companies, and yours truly on behalf of newsletter writers.

The travel time (up to 5-6 hours in a bus), magnitude (3 projects in 1 days), and altitude (up to 4,000 meters above sea level) were obviously too much for one journalist who collapsed and an analyst who developed altitude sickness. The fact that so many signed up for such a short and intense trip is no doubt an indication of the high level of interest in the lithium universe. We will relay our thoughts on the battery market and lithium plays on our radar in the coming weeks once we make it up the learning curve on both the supply and demand sides of the equation."
