pma has scope for substancial upgrades to their ore body and boast substancial % of oxidized V205 therefore making extraction much cheaper. Their resource is measured not indicated as is the case with YRR. In saying that YRR also have scope for quantity upgrades in the future however it could be argued not on the same scale as windimmurra.
