looks like that won't happen - see page 10 section 4.2. (e) (ii)

So if I am reading it correctly a TO means these shares won't be issued?
Or the placement is just a backup for AVZ if a TO does not eventuate?
Where can I find listing rule 11.2 Disposal of main undertaking?
