Was thinking not a bad deal back an explorer here see what they can do, till I saw the new structure.
Cheap placement, $3.5mill price for land???with just land few drill holes wtf? everyone gets taken care of, except for existing holder.....
I am sure it will go somewhere in this crazy market, but god dam this company they are specials.
