There has been no mention of ASIC Action by them. ASIC and ASX action has to be criminal Action and has a stronger burdon of proof being beyond a reasonable doubt. Criminal action is taken against a person not an aliias as in the case of Tharlow/Tobagocrackhead.
Action taken against the alias and his true identity may be taken on a civil front which requires a less burdon of proof being the civil standard of On the balance of probabilities. I have only been joking about bending him over in the cell block. ASIC and the ASX are looking into him but are a way off any criminal action. However he is being looked into with a view to civil action which will hurt him in the pocket $$$$ etc etc. and lead to his true identity being named and shamed. :)
