Well a class action by shareholders on HAO for the stuff ups and stubborn refusual to comply with standard asx rules seems appropriate.

If you read the asx reply it is clear they have sought advice from the JORC comittee.

Whether HAO will now be delisted in an interesting question.

Certainly Morgan removal as a director would seem the minimum shareholders could be happy with, of couse unlikely as he is a major shareholder and appears not to give a stuff about other shareholders.

Wait and see.
