Have spoken with several agents and developers and the reply is the same. There are some developers who are just a tad nervous atm due to there exposure to unfinished, unsold projects.
I think the best of the property cycle is behind us now.
The question is how will the market deflate ?
An awful lot of debt out there. I remember the impact 18% had on my property investments years back. I'm not sugesting we will return to those days but with the number of leveraged investors out there, we don't need to.
