When property does the big fall, and believe me it will, there will be no safe haven. There will be so much vaporisation of equity that money will be getting pulled from everywhere to plug the leaks.
The funny thing is that it will happen with no warning at all, it will move when the mug inverstors are looking the other way.
When I make a couple of Million on my KCG shares and believe me I will, then I will come and buy up as much real estate for around half price of what it is now...
Go study the Japanese property bubble and the fall, they lost 90% of property values over 8 years.
Cant happen here ??? Why?? because out eyes aren't slanty?? pigsarse it can and will happen here, if not more so if our "Robust Bullet proof" ecomomy falls over.
