I wasn't referring to you I was referring to Tharlow.

Additionally, that was my recollection from memory and probably misrepresents his post somewhat (can't do that).

The reality was that my contacts were not aware of the fund that he quoted and he cited them as stating that the company carried excessive debt (when they carried practically no debt given they have funded themselves through equity).
