Definitely believable as they had $1.06 target at the start of October
(The 22% doesn't seem to make much sense though - perhaps the $1.10 is a short term target or even a current fair price and they have upgraded their longer term target as well)
As an aside Macquarie is not the enemy of PLS
(setting aside their known holdings in competitorsthe reasons why they didn't value them highly in the past is because they felt that Ken etc were great at making deals but not so strong on the mining side of things. I Think this was a fair assessment and it is the very reason why PlS have brought in RCR Tomlinson to take care of stage 1 and 2. With stage 1 and 2 in capable hands (and obviously things being great re offtake etc) Macquarie have rightly lifted their targets
