Tivan expires 5 May 2031 - I actually circled it in my post a couple of days back - sheeesh!!
I thought the new patent application was to extend that period but it's not so. New patent application is based on the existing.
Doesn't give TNG much time at the rate things are happening to build the plant and prove it to make use of it.
