    Given:

    - a series of profit warnings
    - a suspension due to a failure to comply with statuatory law
    - a management team that won't answer calls

    Suggests to me that any upside is limited, and dependent on a takeover at a premium.

    The downside is substantial.

    Recent events have me thinking that there is only one side of this trade I want to be on.
