UNW has sufferred slow customer and revenue growth because it is a capital intensive business.
More so that a traditional ISP, as 'incremental' rollout is difficult on an exchange by exchange basis - it needs to be over a blanket area.
For UNW to grow, it needs really deep pockets. Not taking the Seven offer means that UNW will need to find oher sources of funding to grow etc - and look at what previous CAPEX programs have cost, then the relatively slow growth that followed.
Moreover, WIMAX has yet to be implemented, and teh costs associated with such.
Look at the share price pre the Seven offer, and what would happen if Seven fell away. Dont get too excited by some relatively low volumes that are only trading in the vicinity due to the Seven offer, not because UNW is in itself "sound"
