Strange number? I think that is 'best case' imo
Remember there is a 'well bond' that FAR have underwritten... if this is not 'off laid' to a farminee (just as Erin off loaded it to FAR)... then that money is LOST... drill or not... 'best $25m ever spent'? ... We will see
Farminees well know of the short drilling fuse.... (inside a year now).... and large cost for mobe/demode for a single poke.
In this case the farmors bargaining chips are limited...imo
