Goblin I agree with you, we will make money out of this one IMHO. SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--Australia's Commander Communications Ltd. (CDR.AU) may be bought by a private equity group this week, the Australian newspaper reported Wednesday, without citing sources.
The newspaper said a number of mid-tier buyout groups from Australia and Asia are interested in the company, as well as a number of trade buyers that could be interested.
The report said a company spokesperson declined to comment on the prospects for a sale.
Commander shares were suspended last week after failing to lodge its full year accounts.
Its shares last traded at 59.5 Australian cents, giving the group a market capitalization of A$136.1 million (US$122.5 million).
