Like your theory. Many , many companies are dabbling in the Li sector with only a small number likely to produce the goods. The market is not really interested in announcements like today's , it just shrugs its shoulders and says so what , show me the product , show me the income. Only then will AGY , as you say get the solid bounce we as SH's are looking for.
