Hi All,
Regarding tomorrow’s AGM.
Can some give me a couple of quick answers to a couple of questions below please.
I have never been to an Public company’s AGM.
Do we just turn up and walk in ? do we have to show some sort of evidence we are shareholders?
Do we need to quote our shareholding amount to vote?
Half my shareholding’s are in my wife’s name, do she have to sign over a proxy to allow me to vote for her?
