In my view the Achillies heel for Mylan in this arbitration matter has always been the original filing of a an improved daptomycin patent by Agila 3 or4 years ago.It also worth also worth noting that this patent represents another validation of TPM technology.That gives 3 independent technology validations from the likes of Novartis,Agila /Strides and Terumo.
