IMO that 30-40% hold back on the throttle is killing us at Lynas. Which means to me everything we sell to do the "pay-backs" is giving hand-outs to LT's Mr and Mrs. Blind Eddie-Freddy. Nothing slightly related to what should be top dollars. The Dragon has us by the gonads.
