I'd say compliant, and good mgmt.
Was not necessarily done to pump up the ann, perhaps just being conservative with sensitive information. How many ppl would have seen that core come out the drill? Each one of those ppl can then tell umpteen others and all of a sudden you have a leaky ship, massive spike, a speeding fine from the ASX, then a sell off from the ann not meeting hype. No good.
Check the rules golfer, and all the others who think TH not required.
