That article is not entirely factual.

The HTW director is being very optimistic in saying HTW is only 12 months behind. The reality is they are over 2 years behind (factoring in how much longer everything in this game takes).

Also, HTW may be experiencing some problems with their smaller device.....(clotting issues) which have meant their results aren't what VCR's are.
