On the negative side, there is no guarantee that the Diabecell trial will be successful, and any conclusion would likely be at least 18 months to 24 months away. The announcement could however be positive for the LCT share price.
On the plus side though, Bob Elliot already thought that Diabecell was commercially viable. If Otsuka have improved it then...
