If the AUZ felt they needed to have 100% of the Sconi project to get their SP moving, then for us take a small up front payment and 50 million shares ( they dont cost hard cash) and build payments around their appreciating share price...they knew from their side the SP was going to rocket...MLM was totally oblivious to the situation...a good corporate advisor was needed which I am assuming was not consulted by us.
