Hi all
I'm new to this and joined HC today. I don't hold ADY shares but would like to and have been watching ady for a fairly long time. Bit of a nervous investor and won't give up my day job before anyone feels the need to comment. Could have got in when it was as low as 7.5 cents but didn't. Coulda shoulda woulda they call me. But reading the above say someone did want to buy the ore side of things including Bullman and Pykes the incoming would want two things wouldn't they before moving. 1. a reduction of the total shares issued and 2. a drop in share price to have better position coming in. Is that a fair view of things or am I totally off the beaten track? If that is so then the demerger achieves both doesn't it. There seems to be a cap on the stock as well the last couple of days.
