placement is poor form

I have no issue with GDR raising more funds, just with how they have gone about it.

When the share price comes back like it has, they should have used a rights issue to allow loyal shareholders who may be wearing some pain from the last raising to average down their price somewhat. Instead they have gone with a placement to a selected few and ignored the rest.

Poor form by GDR.
