Devil will be in the details - eg reducing required cost from 950m to 850m is good but TNG still asking for 850m which is still a large number for finance. This announcement may reduce risk (& projected cost) but not diminish it to sustain whatever lofty highs this TH brings to the SP. Certainty is what market would like to see IMO = EIS/TiO2 off-take/Finance. Everything else like patents, etc. is tick in the box to keep reducing the risk profile. This may be good for short term impact on SP but no3 still might have his/her/it's way in the time being if they are keen to keep SP low.
