    Annual Report said tax credit of $44.6M which equals to $0.019 per share, i.e. 3.16 times of existing sp 0.006 , based on fully CR. Not to mention the diamond stock and over 4 M of Resources. this is a real bargin ! existing shareholders should not miss this CR. Good luck all!
