earnings are the shares/options that got exchanged for debt cancellation.. read the report.. it is very interesting.
Obviously either someone is very silly or else very confident to exchange the debt for a slice in the company. Don't you think?

Maybe I didn't read it properly but check the section titled 'other income'. It seems to show where the 13mill income came from.
