Google already has processes in place to blur out individual faces, vehicle licence plates, and various “sensitive” objects. Nearmap can do the same in scrubbing their images.
After all, I don’t think Nearmap customers are using the images for the sole purpose to identify individuals.
This is not an issue at all.
