I am a bit surprised people are concerned with buying companies with issuing shares to them. Roughly 163 million (may not be accurate??) at the moment and believe 3 million issued at $.60 most recent Tipply announcement. Management may have negotiated a much better deal this way, 6 months ago Tipply may have asked for 10-15 million in cash or more which at the time would have been a major financial transaction. I assume management sold them on the long term BIG opportunity and transaction with share component materialised. As a share holder we are paying for it either way either in very minor dilution or significant (at the time) reduced cash holdings.
