Here is the HUMMS junior explorers index. Unlike Oceanic I will release the composition of the index.
It is made up off the top of my head from small explorers similar to ARD in that they have extensive mineralisation or small mines and are doing greenfields or brownfields exploration or are striving to get into production.

If you total the shareprices at 1.11.15 and later at 1..11.17 then do the math you will find that the HUMMS index has lost 54% over the past 2 years. As the ARD shareprice has grown 10% over the same period I consider that the present Board has done an excellent job. That is a 64% better outcome than their peers.

When you are considering Junior explorers this is a magnificent outcome and it is an established fact that a Junior's shareprice will not significantly advance unless the drill hits the motherload or the first concentrate comes out of the mine.
Until that time the only thing that Juniors do is mine the shareholders for money.
Oceanic are professionals and know this fact.
It doesn't surprise me in the least that they choose to turn up now when we are on the cusp of constructing a mine and declaring that any sucess will be due to their marvellous mysterious insights into mother earth.

The ARD Board need to be left alone to get on with the job without distractions.

As Sophisticated investors Oceanic know the realities of the mining market and went in with open eyes looking for the motherlode drill hit. They took their chances and gambled like you and I did.

Would you help me do a little research and list some company stock ticker codes that Klaus has worked on in Australia so I can see if his Director fees are in line with those of Directors in IRD.
They are MY benchmark when I consider if a Director is worth his salt.
