SUPRET, WAS will have 44m RJU shares valued at 25c each, so in effect the uranium assets currently held by WAS are worth $11m. As there is 743m WAS shares on issue, the RJU investment is worth about 1.5c per WAS share. So it is built into WAS share price already, as is the 14.1m shares WAS holds in AVA, which is worth 1.7c per share. These 2 investments account for 3.2c of the WAS share price of 3.7c.
When RJU lists the market will set the share price, which until then has a nominal value of 25c. If the RJU sp varies greatly from the float price, then it should be reflected in the sp of WAS.
WAS is planning 2 more floats in the future. Once the assets have their value set by the market it is much easier to work out the true value of WAS's share of the assets and therefore the sp. Hope this helps, if not i'm sure others may be able to explain it better. Cheers.
