Why would he do it in one lump sum knowing it would reset the SP? There is enough interest i would have thought for the market to absorb that quantum over a few weeks around the 2.15-2.20 SP, whoever bought them just got a massive steal - assuming they revert back to 2.20 soonish, not bad going if you can make 10% on $10m in a couple of weeks...

Mind you, i guess it does signal Tom doesn't have much up his sleeve for a while or in the short term otherwise he would have waited till then before selling, given this appears to jump 5-10% on each solid announcement.
