I am not sure how one can be relaxed if Gold Mining Company management is struggling for 1 Million Dollar Capital raise (which was evident from fact that SPP closure date was extended).

Nobody is asking not to post/react (at least not me) but don’t give advice of sell or buy based on my postJ?
