Thanks for the info.. $4millions is a lot of money...
From experience, no capital raise is required for at least 3months if company has anything above $2millions cash.
Now $4millions will give you at least 4 to 6 months time before CR required
I have to say, there are desperate people to buy in cheaper on here or you may call them down ramper... that makes more keen to buy. which i did grabb one batch and will be adding more.
