Agree.....given the amount of the raise - $1 million....its too small for sophisticated & professional's and by doing it as a SPP (which Directors have stated they are partaking in) its the perfect sweet spot for existing shareholders...all in all, a fair outcome. Wouldn't be surprised if this closes early.

It gives the existing holders an opportunity to average down (which I'll be doing) & the Company to again manage its capital cost effectively (SPP's are a cheap way to raise capital, if not the cheapest - check out what it cost AUZ to raise $20 million recently) so win win as far as I'm concerned.

Not concerned about the dip today...its a blip on the radar & short lived as BAR puts another plank in its overall strategy.
