I attended the AGM and to say I was stunned by the voting numbers against Studley is an understatement. I am not for or against him as I have no information to make this judgement.

I have been investing for over 20 years and there is no doubt something (by large shareholders) is going on behind the scenes. I got the feeling that Studley and Hurrell knew who was behind it. Maybe Richard Martin and friends????
If anyone can shed any light or has any theories I would certainly appreciate hearing them.
