Interestingly one of the recent negative reviews on Trustpilot is from someone who has been refused service based on not paying and having their debt sent to a collection agency. They've lost access to the service and are pissed. Not allowing these people back in whilst harsh (to them) are good for APT, allowing them to build up a user base of reliable customers who pay on time.

haha! working in the payday space mate, the most common negative review isnt that the interest is too high, its that they were refused access.
