Take-over of Red River

Hi Everyone,

I am going to stick my head out on this one that we will be taken-over either next month or that this will happen in January.
The writing has been on the wall for a long time to see.

We can not break the 30 cents and run free , we are getting stopped in the tracks everytime .
This alone should be a warning on its own as with the highest Zinc prices in a decade we can not even break the 30 cents and have a free run.

There are enough broker reports that value RVR much higher and with the constant feeding of the sell lines and low uptake on the buy line its obvious that this is not a normal trading pattern that has been emerging here.

We have become the target by a predator and he is getting ready for the kill.
If the MD himself is already ringing the warning bells, then we know that this company has become a sitting duck.
And saying that no one will be able to take-over RVR for a low price then think again.
Even with a 30% premium at todays finishing price we will only get around 39 cts a share for this company.
It will be absolute peanuts what we will be getting for this company, so do not fool yourself thinking different.

So if we can not break into the high thirties within the next few weeks then its done for me and I fully expect a take-over to emerge rather sooner then later.

Once the Qtr reports come in with earnings it will be much harder for a predator to get RVR on the cheap so they will jump on RVR within the next few months.

The usual suspects who live in their little glass houses will try to shoot this post down again, but time will show who is going to be right here.
