    I have a theory. I think these guys expected surcharging to start 12 mths ago but because they have been forced into a further 12 mth wait, they have used up all their fill in time good news and are now left with nothing to talk about...LOL!!!

    I reckon the market has been spun for 12 months and has just realised it!!!
