10c is a good price for holders given information to date, the BFS will offer rationale as to whether or not the project is outright dead in the water, or profitable given someone fronts the necessary capex.
A 700m MC would be extremely high end.
Thus 25c is the daydreamers fantasy, if you want to be naively optimistic.
