Perhaps XPD may end up in a situation like ENC (another Chinese company). Enice Holding Company Limited (ASX: ENC) (the Company) announces that it has received a proposal to privatise the Company at A$0.44 per CHESS Depositary Interest (CDI) (the Proposal), and the Company intends to put the Proposal to Scheme CDI Holders for their consideration.
The Proposal is at a price which is almost double the Company's CDI trading price on ASX of A$0.23 as at 3 October 2017, and values the Company at approximately A$114 million.
