Hi all Yeah , I agree with alpha. Nothing too fancy about gaining 20% discount on the market with a placement. As you all know, unless the market is savvy through announcements of their future intentions or explanations of placement, the share price actually falls considerably in some instances because of the dilution of the stock.
This however is not always the case as the placement is often needed for a specific project. In the case of BDL I think other posts are spot on. There is something happening with the MD apparently just returning from South Africa - there's obviously something in the pipeline. You can feel it. Cheers The Cloud
