Sounds to me like the AGM was more than just a damp squib but rather a complete capitulation. Just the fact they didn't even go thru the motions indicates to me that they're not even pretending anymore this is not a dog.
They have given up the ghost, effectively challenging SH's - what are you going to do, losers?
