Then why if you want the company to succeed do you want to do away with much needed financial oversight?
AND GOOD GOVERANCE?
And I would appreciate valid reasons for your desire to see this expertise and oversight removed from a company that nearly went insolvent under other leadership.
Not just more of "They must go" without a sound reasoned why.
Who can possibly benefit from a BOD WITHOUT those qualifications??
And why did it happen?
For what reason?
