My question is simple - like seriously simple. What has their nationality got to do with it?

You repeat their nationality over and over like a mantra while waffling about Americans coming to deceive you to the point where the only conclusion a reasonable person would have is that you will vote no simply because they are American and somehow their 'Americaness (sic)' means that they are trying to trick you out of your precious imaginary SGH shares. The only logical outcome to that clearly apparent conclusion is that if they were an Australian hedge fund you would think they were perfectly fine and vote yes (to exactly the same proposal).
