I contacted the company to get me answers of a few questions. No insider informations or anything else. I would understand the technology behind m&g. I'm working as industrial Engineer in the automotive industry. Surface technologies are an important part. My sister and brother in law are working for large pharmaceutical Companies as phd in project managing and product managing. I ask a lot of questions and get answers.
After John Vangenechten has go to Anteo's BoD, as Group CEO, I have seen a time without informations for us shareholders.
I can't see anything what he has done for the shareholders. So my conclusion was, he had no interest in Anteo or Anteo's shareholders.
A few people was involved in the DIA-takeover.
In my view Bouris (Mr. growth, growth, growth), Sam Anderson (risk management), Hurrell ( Ferghana Advisor and later DIA-director!!!) Sickman as a financial genius and Geoff, as he was the CEO.
In my opinion DIA would get the IP.
And of course, I voted for Geoff and Matt, to get "our" company back!
In my view, no one connected to DIA, should be on the Anteo Board!
