D69, you obviously have been interested in becoming a shareholder of IMI otherwise you would not know such details of the Defence contract. The failed salesman, how could you come across such info ?
Are you a former employee ?
Where did you get such info on the price structure ?
How do you know that participating agreements are being recinded ?
What knowledge can you have about Sigma, seeing it has had very limited publicity from both companies ?
Please clarify, as apart from your heartfelt bid to warn us, you are running the company down form what would seem a great lie of a downramper, or an insiders perspective.
