I doubt that there are many Atheists agitated over Christianity. As Atheism is an absence of belief in the existence of a God or Gods based on a lack of verifiable evidence to support a justified belief in the existence of a God or gods it's more about the justification of belief in their existence than anything about this or that version of a God or gods.
Atheists are no more agitated about the God of the bible than than they are of Zeus or Odin.
