Unless electrical theory has changed the charger for this and short cycle current carrying capacity of battery would be a piece of work.
Don’t know specs of the battery or car but let’s just do a very basic calc on existing Tesla. 400 v approx fully charged. Let’s assume approx 135kWh.
Let’s assume battery only discharges to 20%. So 108000W/400V = 270Amps.
This is to charge in an hour. So to do this in a minute 270 x 60 = 16200 Amps at 400 Volts. Obviously a lot more involved to get an accurate figure but that gives an idea of what’s involved. Good luck plugging that cable in. Current carrying capacity of the battery bus to handle 16200 Amps. It would have to be an auto docking type of plug in charger and yes keep well clear. Good luck producing these chargers and battery at a reasonable price.
I’m doing my best to keep an open mind.
